• Sandals or water shoes (to walk on beach or up rivers)
• Light running shoes (for walking 1 mile to & from class)
• Hat & sunglasses
• Sunscreen
• Camera, film & battery
• Flashlight & extra batteries
• Bugrepellent
• First aid--band aids, antiseptic, medicines
• Toiletries
• Yoga mat (if you want to leave it at Shooting Star Studio when you go, Amy will offer compensation)
• A SMILE!
• A DESIRE FOR NEW EXPERIENCES!

For Yoga Retreats please limit baggage to 25 kilos/55lbs due to weight restrictions on domestic flight from San Jose to Golfito. If excess baggage is necessary arrangements can be made. Please consult with Amy.
