Our studio deck is raised on columns 15 feet high. Our spacious studio floor is 30x50 feet of exotic purple heart wood, inviting you to experience warmth and grace. Peaceful and calm, our setting is nature. Shooting Star Studio has open walls where you can breathe deep the clean, pure air from the trees around you, feel the healing saline powers of the tide in front of you, and listen to the therapeutic water flow of a creek running alongside. And then settle into a deep and powerful practice.

Shooting Star Studio was built in 2001. As well as offering on site classes to tourists, travelers, surfers and local residents to Pavones, Amy and Alex invite teachers.

For teachers looking for a retreat facility we offer relaxation, beauty and adventure in an enticing, tropical location to hold training intensives in yoga and karate. Having worked in "eco-tourism" over the past 18 years in the southern zone of Costa Rica, Amy will gladly assist in all travel arrangements, co-ordination of accommodations and transportation for the groups and its teachers while in Costa Rica: WORKING WITH YOU TO PUT TOGETHER A RETREAT PACKAGE.
